Everybody brought their stuffed dogs, And really got in the groove. Then on Tuesday, The Junior Olympics came around. We all wore our sunglasses, T-shirts, and shorts, And really got down. The Seniors won the Olympics, They said they won it with ease. Then on Wednesday we turned to the movie Grease , And dressed up like the 50's. On Thursday we became aristocratic, We all wore our suits and dresses. We really looked classey on the outside, But all of our armpits were messes. Then Friday rolled around, The day to end it all. We dressed up with Burgandy and White, And really had a ball. We slaughtered Shelton that evening, It was our Homecoming game that night. The Bulldogs thought it looked terrible, But to the Centurions it was a beautiful sight. Pod decorations were going on, All through the week at school. The Seniors and 8th graders took first place, But all of them were very cool. The dance was held on Saturday night, With all its glitter and gleam. Red Tag Disco was the entertainment, 'You've Got A Friend' was the theme. Chad and Sharon were crowned that night. As Homecoming King and Queen. We'll all cherish that sight, Fond memories of which we'll dream. And now the gym is silent, As the lights and noise fade away. And all the things we have experienced. My father owns a grocery store and my mother works there. I decided to be an exchange student when I was only 14 years old because I wanted to learn English. I really wanted to try and find myself in another coun- try. When I passed the examinatin with the International Fellowship, I thought my parents would not let me go, because I was only 14 years old. They decided it was Your path to follow. We won't say anything. Do your best and find something really important to you. They trusted me and gave me a chance to have such a nice year.
