JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL The Junior Varsity Basketball team was tied for second place in the Tri-County League this year with two wins and two defeats. Individual scoring honors were sent to Gaylon Hoffmanuith 19 mints, Warren O'Neill following with 16 points.James Witman, Stephen Moyer, Eu- gene Gring and Dennis Fox ably assisted these fellows through each game to bring then uv to their standing in second place. M1 VARSITY BASKETBALL Caernarvon girls, for the past few years, have eagerly anticipated the onening of basketball season each school term. It is the one sport around Caernarvon High School in which the girls take a major part. Under the able coaching of Mrs. Dorothy Groff ten lassies journeyed to the various game floors in the Tri-County League, Pennside and Perry . With Betty Jean Pike as their pilot the girls fought bravely through a not too successful season. Two other seniors, Irene Lilley and Shirley Ann Montgomery assisted Betty in her task of cantain of the team. C.H.S.
