Congratulations are in order for you the Graduating Seniors of '82. The past eleven plus years hold many happy memories for you as a class. We trust that each of you will long remember the hours and days spent on the campuses of Caddo Mills Public Schools. How could one forget the last of twelve school years spent in a modern new high school???? I know you won't and I shall never. You are unique in this respect-you can tell your grand children that you were the first class to graduate from this new facility. We are proud for you and for those who will pass thru these portals in future years. Let us never forget that we owe a great deal of credit to those before us and also to the citizens of today for providing us with the great facilities necessary for a good educative environment. May we stop to give thanks!! Commendations are the order of the day for all those Parents, Board Members, Faculty Members, and Others who have had a worhty part in bringing you to this point in the growing-up process. May each of you as you journey down the road of life always strive to do that which is best for God, You, State, Sz Nation-always giving your best. May God bless!! To the graduating class of '82, I would like to take this time to congratulate each of you for your contribution in making this school year a success. I know that each of you will carry many fond memories of your high school days. One which all of you will remember is the distinction of being the first graduating class from the new high school. If you have applied yourself in your studies as you should have, each of you has the basic foundation to build on. I urge each of you to sit down and develop a set of goals that you would like to accomplish. Set these goals high because there is no limit to what you can achieve if you really commit yourself to these goals. It has been an enjoyable year working and visiting with each of you. May this remind you in life that you must always build for the future. As you build for the future, what you get by reaching the destination isn't nearly as important as what you become by reaching that destination.
