seriously We Took Some Things Seriously The end of our involvement in Viet Nam, the release of our prisoners of war, and rises in the cost of living are a few events which determined the school year 1972-73. Interest in world affairs was at its peak, as students became involved in current issues. At Cabrillo, 1972-73 evoked many memories. A successful football season concluded by a victory over Lompoc, a Northern League Championship water-polo team, a Homecoming dance depicted by 'Fire and Rain' and a jazz concert are some of the many factors which occured during an important period in our lives, High School. Theatrical Productions of 'A Christmas Carol,' 'Romeo and J uliet,' 'Fiddler On the Roof,' and 'Raisin In the Sun,' was another facet which will remain in the minds of many. Whatever this year brought, whether it be memories of success, failure, victory or defeat, it is wise to recall the past, as well as, look towards the future. s ....
