Marina demonstrates her leadership ability. Once again the Student Council was active on the Cabot High School campus. Marina Moore led the Council as president. Mr. Brooks Nash's class- room was the scene every Tuesday at 1:00 of an- other Student Council meeting. Some of the events sponsored by the Student Council were the Cabot We're Back Homecoming parade, several dances held throughout the year, Landscaping and Beauti- lication projects of the campus including rocking the Hill and the addition of benches placed around the Panther and gym. The Council also funded many projects that other clubs initiated. Monetary gifts were given to the Ministerial Alli- ance and Toys for Tots. The Pavilion was open again as in the past. The workers were kept busy as was evident by the long lines that formed at 12:35 and did not diminish until the last person was served at 1:05. The Student Council has added a great deal to the campus at Cabot High School and will contin- ue to do so in future years. This year has been successful and many lasting impressions have been made.
