They participated in the Lonoke County Fair Parade, the Cabot Homecoming Parade, the Cabot We're Back celebration, and the Cabot Commu- nity Center dedication. Bottom left: The Cabot Senior Band displayed with this year's trophies won at marching contests. Marching Band Attains High Honors The Cabot High School Band had another very successful year. The Marching band performed at all of the Panther football games and participated in three invitational marching centers. They received a rating of excellent at all three. This represents the best year yet for the Panther Marching Band. Many students received individual honors, such as All-Region and All-State, first 8a second dividiodivi- sion medals at Solo-Ensemble, and Purdue University All-American Honors 8L Who's Who in Music in American High Schools. The Concert Band partici- pated in the Region Band Contest in March and hope- fully the state contest in April.
