She is one who gives that extra friendly smile that lets us know that we are more than students all the time. She kept us walking the straight line as head of the Judiciary Council. We will never forget the nursery experience we shared with her-stimulating and suctioning the new-born, calling the time of birth, bathing, feeding, and weighing babies each day, and her example of mother- ing she taught us. Our class appreciates the time and effort she spent with us as class advisor for two years. Without her, this annual would not be a success, as she has been an annual staff advisor. For all of her understanding, kindness, and effort, the Senior class of 1975 extends its warmest appreciation to Mrs. Janelle Correll.

DEDICATION You met us-the green little people called Freshmen on orientation day, out on the sidewalk with your hospitable and friendly smile. We will never forget you observing us as freshmen giving our first baths, measuring TPR's and even listening with a double stethoscope while we mea- sured blood pressures. You are one that we will never forget and will always admire. We know you realize that things aren't the way they used to be. You took your rightful stand for your students and always worked toward a change for the better. Never did a CSU or a Student Personnel meeting go by that you weren't there. We will remember your patience, guidance, and motherly advice when we began to care for a new type of patient-the child; also, the raveoli, spa- ghetti, and hamburger feasts at your home at the end of our Pediatric experience. There is also your fine examples, sincere interest in each of us and your generous, friendly smile that has encouraged us through three years of our nursing education. We, the Senior class of 1975, with our sincerest respect, dedicate this 1975 edition of the Cap and Pin to . . . Mrs. Sue Barringer.

GRADUATION 1974 The 1974 graduation would not have been complete without the presence of mascots, Kathy Hood and Partick Argo. Honored guest speaker for the evening was Dr. Ben Flowe. It was a refreshing change to see Dr. Flowe a little nervous due to the students, rather than the stu- dents a little nervous due to Dr. Flowe. Having reached the top, they look back at their long climb filled with memories of hardship, joy, tears, and laughter. Sharing their last moments as a class, each looks towards what nursing holds for her in the future.
