My deepest thanks go to the entire annual staff, without whose help this book would not be possible, but especially to Sylvia Potter and Susan Campbell. Without these two the 1970 CAP AND PIN would never have materialized. A special thank you goes also to Mr. Wendell Deyton whose poem ”A Woman For All Seasons'1 gave meaning to our book. We would like to express our appreciation to Mr. Pete Allen. We believe his patience and knowledge have guided us to the comple- tion of a successful yearbook. Mrs. Nancy Hood's and Miss Nancy Aycock's favorite words were We'll Make It!” To them my warmest thank yous. Many mistakes were made, I sincerely hope next year's staff will profit by these.
