That these reflections have caused you some anxiety is only natural. How you cope with these anx- ieties is the key to the future. The body of knowledge you have absorbed from your classwork, observations, and personal associations have, each in their own way, done much to prepare you for the challenges you must now accept. This composite knowledge, gleaned from four years of hard work at C.W. Post College, is the armament you now wear. Never has a generation been faced with as many thoughts and unknown facets of life as those which are now awaiting you, and never have so many been so well provided with the means to effec- tively meet these situations. Faculty Man of the Year As C.W. Post College embarks upon its second decade in the academic community, .the necessity for intelligent leadership and guidance becomes of paramount import- ance. This leadership must transcend the individual fields of endeavors, as time transcends the seasons. ln its choice of 'clVlan of the Yearv the Student Government Association is of the belief that we have truly found ua man for all seasonsv. Dr. Peter K. Ewald, Provost, has demonstrated an ability to guide the destiny of the college in the years ahead. His achievements in behalf of the Student Body, and his out- standing contributions to the collegiate society have ren- dered Dr. Ewald this distinguished recognition by the un- animous consent of the Student Council. 43
