Tau. Epsilon Phi This year, more than any other, Tau Epsilon Phi has proven its reputation as the most hard- working fraternity on campus, and, to an even greater extent, it has added significant meaning to the by-word of TEP chapters throughout the world: SERVICE. Under the leadership of Chancellor Paul Kauf- man, Sigma Phi Chapter initiated a series of ac- tivities with' St. Christopher's Orphanage in Glen Cove, including a 4'Toy Drive Dancev held on campus to obtain Christmas presents for the or- phans and to raise funds for the donation pre- sented at the gala Christmas party. This year TEP also sponsored the HStudent Faculty Allstar Basketball Camew. The proceeds of the game were donated to the Athletic Association Scholarship Fund. This function was made school- wide by having representative players from all of the fraternities on campus on the student team. Jim Donde, assisted by 'cTito Ades, provided a well executed pledge program, and eleven new brothers were inducted. The culmination of the yearis activities was the induction of the Provost of C. W. Post College, Dr. Peter K. Ewald, as a brother of Sigma Phi Chapter. The Executive Council of Sigma Phi Chapter has set the stage for even greater strides yet to be accomplished by this ever growing, ever serving group of men, the Brothers of Tau Epsilon Phi.
