Student Council A very effective body known as the Student Council holds a prominent position on Posts campus. It is the legislative and executive body of the Student Govern- ment Association and acts under the authority of the Student Government Association Constitution and By-Laws. It also supervises the budgets allotted to stu- dent clubs and organizations. The Student Council is composed of members of the undergraduate student body of the College and is formed prior to the beginning of each academic year. The student body elects a President, ViC'e-President, Secretary and Treasurer of this council. The duty of this student governing association is to provide the College Administration with an undergraduate outlook on mat- ters of mutual concern and to foster administrative con- sideration of undergraduate opinions and desires.
