z O H H h 0 H 9 W O Out of the multitude of dihicult and tiring jobs in the production of a college yearbook comes the very rewarding assignment of selecting the dedication. 0n the Post campus this is indeed a complex task, for out of the many deserving personalities one above all must be selected for recognition. The person so honored this year is in our eyes the most deserving member of the Post family. In seven years his interest and efforts in the school have not waned. His research studies have contributed significantly to the held of Genetics. The publication of his papers have brought recognition to him and to the College and forlthis alone we owe him a debt of gratitude. He is known to his students by his humor, his amiable personality and his vibrant class discussions. Outside of class he may be found reading Shakespeare to the students who have lingered behind, or perhaps he is telling them his latest limerick or story. Whatever the case, we may be sure that it deals with his first love Biology. This past year his efforts have been recognized, for he was named Director of the Division of Sciences. For your friendship, your effort to improve the standards of the College and for your great service to Post, we dedicate OPTICON 1962, to you, Dr. Norman P. Marengo.
