Once again balloons, paper, streamers, and posters i filled the halls and classrooms as another Homecom- - ing week began. Along with the excitement, several, decorating contests were held. The biggest of theml was the hall decorating contest won by the Junior Class and the door decorating contest, won by the F cosmotology classes. l Teachers and students were busy welcoming exes and preparing for Friday's activities. The decorated gym was filled with sighs predicting victory over the ' Boswell Pioneers. The spirit rally began as the exes were reminded about their high school years and! students anxiously waited for the naming of the 1979 l' Homecoming Queen, Jeanna Summerhill. M The game began after the traditional blue and: white balloons filled the air. Halftime was highlighted as Gloria White Gabbert was announced' as the Coming Home Queen. , People went out after the game and celebrated though it ended on an unhappy note as the Bearsl were defeated by Boswell 12-7.
