In her capacity as Counselor, it is her responsibility to provide an organized phase of the total educa- tional process which helps youth grow in his power to give point and direction to his own life, while making his own life, and while making his own unique contribution to our Democratic society. The Counselor gives to each individual whatever help he needs to fulfill his potential for growth so that he can achieve success and happiness. Y arse VIRGINIA WHITTENTON R.N., St. Joseph ' s School of Nursing Mrs. Whittenton has been our school nurse for a period of six years. Her first duty is to care for those who are ill or to give first aid to the injured. In addition, she keeps adequate health records on each student. She also advises parents if students need special medical attention.
