Her work includes the handling of all personnel records, taking the minutes of the board meetings, and fur- nishing the faculty with administrative memos.

The bus drivers, the custodians, and the lunchroom personnel are under his supervision. In addition, it is his responsibility to handle all the financial mat- ters of the school and make out all financial reports. Prior to this year, she served as office secretary and secretary to the principal. Her work in the business office involves making out the payroll, making school deposits, and handling all receipts.
