Craig Gaines and Bobby Porche work on another one of Mr. Shine's unsolvable problems. eve Schreen works hard for good grades in Biology ll Clayton Padgett and Howard Bruton discuss the possibility of an immediate atomic decay device. Blowing up labs in Chemistry is not the only thing the Science Department does. They produce the Science Fair which had approximately 200 projects entered in the Senior division this year. When asked his opinion on the success of this year's fair, Mr. Shine answered, I believe this was the most successful fair we have ever held here. The projects were simply fantastic! 45

C'SZayin A liven In tournaments, the Drama class, participates in duet-acting impromptu, and pantomime. Also in the musical Bye Bye Birdie which is a musical comedy presented Feb. I0-l I, I978 that tries to capture the fun of those late 50's, the excitement of rock 8z roll, and at the same time gently satirize the phenomenon of twisty-hipped singers and their hysterical young fans. The Drama class also participated in the one-act play entitled Shut and Bar the Door and was entered for U.I.L. District Contest. a Miss Neal and the Drama Class try to get into the Stanislavsky method. Miss Neal - Who me. I didn't do a thing. Melvin Sqiggie Paker tries to act Sf' 1.
