The finances are Controlled by the Advertising Staff, selling ads to local firms and preparing the dummy sheetsg the Business Staff, collecting for these adsg the Circula- tion Staff, distributing the papers to the studentsg and the Exchange Department, making exchanges with one hundred high schools and colleges through- out the nation. The Editorial Department is composed of the journalism classes, serving as reportersg the Editorial Staff, planning and making-up the paperg and the Art Staff.
