It was predestined that things would be different and exciting after the presidential election eneded in a tie, leaving us with two presidents instead of one. To keep the student body involved, a schedule of activities were planned including two dances, a volleyball game between teachers and Student Council, Spirit Week, Costume Day, Mr. and Ms. lr- resistable contest, Blue Santa canned food drive, stuffed animal sales, a turkey gobble contest, the annual Fulkes follies Variety Show, and daily pencil sales. Student Council members gloat over the food they collected for the food drive. lgheerliaaders and F' p Squad The 82-83 cheerleaders attended I all home games during the season to encourage school spirit. The group consisted of eight cheerleaders and two mascots. They held pep rallies to build spirit for the teams, with help . from the pep squad. They sold spirit ribbons and made signs to boost spirit. I I.
