Mr. Paul Flowers Those Who Made It Possible! The staff of the CHALLENGER takes great pride in dedicating the 1970-1971 volume of the CHAL- LENGER to Mr. Paul Flowers for his work and co- operation for the CHALLENGER and the develop- ment of BYRDTOWN ACADEMY. He is not only a dedicated leader, but he is also a helpful and sincere guide to the student body. To you Mr. Paul Flowers whom we respect for the example you have set for us in the everyday school life, we give you our sincere thanks. Marks the beginning GROUNDBREAKING—The ground breaking (.t our school was in June 1970. Here are a few of the people that made our school possible. By this picture we can see that we have come a long way. The people in the community have built this school. We are very proud of our school and for what it stands. We have met many challenges this year. Our lives have changed in many different ways. We have met many new people and made many new friends. This is a very small school, but loved by all. We will see this school progress to a very large one, that our children will come to and love as much as we do.
