Clasfil oy I remember twelve years ago, one September morning, we, the class now graduatlnv, took our seats for the first time to start the first of twelve exciting years of school Miss Voody, the teacher, was consollng the frightened and explain ln? to us how we were to act In our first two years of school we took all our problems to F138 Moody The next two years were eventful Our teachers were Mrs Harrls ln the thlrd grade In these grades, I remember we were trvlng to learn to multlply and dlvide some of us became discouraged, although when we entered the flfth grade we were all there except two or three who had moved away Hrs Boggs was our teacher ln both the flfth and sixth grades I remember the mlschievous incidents which took place 1U these two grades we well remember Mrs Boggs for her immeasurable help, patience, and kindness shown us I remember as we entered the seventh and eighth grades it was with a bit of fearfulness withln us Mr Roseberry was our first man teacher, but we soon learned to llje r very much we were thankful for the help we received fron our We entered our Freshman year with eleven members in the class, they were Pev Faker, Virglnia Erlght, Jane Coons, Marlene Gray, MBPlOH January, Jlm Jolliff, Margle Mull1gan, Ted Plotner, Sonnie Sheares, Marllyn Sulllvan and Shlrley Yoakam We were glad to be Freshman and engoyed ourselves thoroughly In our sophomore year Shirley Yoakam moved away and six new members jolned our class They were Bob Dlll, Don Ballinger, Kenneth Fawley, Jerry Pyers, Mary Rizer, and Nancy Smlth, all from Vork Byhalia boys were glad to welcome the four boys from York They felt they stood a better chance but we girls stlll had the boys out numbered, and we still do As Juniors we welcomed Barbara Dewitt from York remember we had our problems as Juniors wlth the class play and had much fun givlng it The banquet for the 56Hl0PS was held ln the gymnaslum, which was very beautlfully decorated The theme was April In Paris Parbara moved, Margaret Smothers and Janet Edmunds join ed to give us a class of lb in our Senior year we have aopreclated all the help we have received through our school days As we look back through the years we see we have en ioyed our school and our teachers more than words can express O D N . ,I J 1 'J . Me L74 s P opfzecy In l97h we jumped into our rocket ship to go vlsit the stars of EM 1D thelr home planets After we had been 1U the air for awhile 1 rvie Pot airsick, so we stopped off at a big hospital where we found 1lr1lyn Sullivan as head nurse She took Margie to the cheif doctor who was Jerry Pyers He had finally became an M D After they treated Margie, we jumped back into our rocket ship and started on our way we happened to look below and there we spied none other than Gray, now Mrs T roy Parder, watchlng a herd of ten children boys when we went down she told us she wanted at least two We avaln started on our way, but we soon had to stop at Ohio Universlty for dlrect ons, where we found Jane Coons still trying to get her teacher's degree She told us that Kay was still walting patiently Before we could start again, we had to wait on a funeral procession, As the undertaker's car passed, we looked in the driver' seat and spled Don allinger, who was now a full fledged undertaker Cllmblnv back into our rocket shlp we noticed that some of the paint was rubblnv off We took it to as head man He told us he had a wlfe As we started to leave us wlth a SlH7lHg telegram I he could slng to pretty girls and get paid for it The telegram said that PLOTNERS PHOTO PATACL was havlng a speclal on space pictures we arrlved at the studlo, we saw Mary RlZ9P enterlng with her two sets of trlplets to have then photographed She sald she had another set, to brlnv out It was getting late and we still vls t so we started on our way Just as we V set broke down and we stopped off to have but they were too small had seven more stars to were aolnv strong our T us that Janet was now a TY18.1'183'BI' Marlene all more Northern a paint shop where we found Bob Dill found what he wanted most out of life Bob's shop, a telegram boy came up to was Marion January who said this way of her own basketball team, the Blonde Bombshells After our T V was little way out of town we saw a enough, lt was Kenneth Fawley running a rabblt farm in competitlon with r Ruuert The day was near an end so we started home only to find we were out of repaired we started on our way n whlch said nBug's Bunnies bure as we sto ped at a large house wlth a sign Your Own Risk' lt was Sonnie Sheares' technlcal us that Nancy Snlth was 1n cn r e of the day As we entered the nursery, we found out that VlPQlDlB Br1ght's, now Mrs David Jackson W started on the last M116 of our Journey toward home As we landed our rocket shlp on the home runway, we saw an eatin stand, we went over for supper There we found Bev Paker as a car hop still looking for a man of Great rlches The day had been exciting so MBPgl6 and went hone to our own planets, Marvle went to her J C Penrey store where sne was now manager and me to ny henpecked husband Yes, the cl ss o Hb ' has progress d e whlch read nTravel at laboratory She told nursery down the road all the children were I axwa et Snotters H ll ' ' ' 71' iff ' I . 9 . . .
