®l|? Nm iEra Butler ' s interest is centered on the vision of the New Era ; but this vision must of necessity be fragmentary. However, we foresee that the laws of progress demand the continued growth and development of our institution. Butler College has untold possibilities. The pulses of the past throbbed with an insuperable energy drawn from the most aggressive citizens of the vicinity. At present an untiring Board of Directors and a sincere faculty constitute our immediate means for realizing an ideal environment. A substantial foundation for the endowment campaig-n has been carefully laid, and the cooperation of our community attests its faith in us. The New Era, and we are now upon the threshold, is not an elusive mirage, but a definite, attainable goal. It evokes our best, and challenges us to the highest endeavor.
