COLOR GU RD That a representative government shall not die within the hallowed walls of Butler High: that is the aim of the student council, whose president, Leo Franks, senior class luminary, assumed the important responsibility of guiding the governing body through the year. The organization is composed of class officers and a representative from each class. Responsibility is the burden of each member--how to prevent prob- lems from arising, how to treat them after they have occurred.
