He not only cooperates With the local school board, but also maintains the rules and pol- icies of the Indiana State Board of Education. He is responsible for the management of our local But- let Metropoliton Schools and for those of the Eastern De Kalb County Community District . Mr. E. M. Zeller Helen Houlton, Mr. Zeller's efficient sec- retary has become a very important part of our school System. She is responsible for keeping all records and has the pa- tience and ability to cope with the many problems which arise . It would be difficult to find anyone to match her ability.
