HOMECOMING QUEEN Maria Gonzales, Homecoming Queen, and runnersup, Judy Craig and Janet Kelley, were very happy to hear their names called at half time. They then returned to the stage to reign over the second half of the game. CINDERELLA AND PRINCE CHARMING Every year, on October 31, a Halloween Cami val is held. The highlight of the evening is when Prince Charming and Cinderella are chosen. This year the Seniors won the contest. Carolyn Moughler and Ron Houser were the two contestants representing the Senior Class. Courtesy of HENDRICKSON TANDEM CORP. A IESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR This year has presented me with numerous challenges, and 1'm cer- tain tzhe feelings are mutual with the rest of the staff. One never realizes what effort is put into a project like this until the responsi- bility is his. I am not sorry for having been presented with this job, because I feel that I have gained excellent experience in working with the staff in producing the 1963 Tropeaum. While: working together, the new ideas of each were used in our year- book, Dale, as copyeditor, wrote the very excellent articles, and Judy, as subscription manager, did an outstanding job in selling our 1963 Tropeaum. I believe Steve will do very well as editor of next year's yearbook. I wish to thank all the other staff members for the time and effort you contributed when it was needed. I could never have completed the book without your help. Also I wish to thank Miss Bowyer and Mr. Fiandt for being very patient advisors. Both of you were very helpful. This I sincerely appreciated. Finally, I would like to thank you, the subscriber. The bookk con- tent holds memories for me, as I hope also it does for you. Www D, Editor of 1963 Courtesy of MAXTON MOTORS INC.
