OUR PRINCIPAL: MR. LOWE All the students here at Butler High recognize Mr. Lowe as our principal and friend. Included in his duties as principal are holding meetings and convos, organizing the school curri- culum, and supervising the graduation program. No matter how busy he may be, Mr. Lowe is always willing to counsel students and advise them. He accepts each problem and always manages to handle them with ease. Because of his mild manner and firm beliefs, he is admired by every student of Butler High School. He will long be remembered in the minds of Butler High School graduates. HIS SECRETARY: CHARLOTTE MILLER If one were to enter Mr. Lowe's office, Charlotte Miller would be the first person to greet them. No matter what the day, Charlotte is always there with her friendly smile and familiar laugh, ready to lend a helping hand. As Mr. Lowe's secretary, Charlotte has the big responsibility of keeping accurate school activities accounts. Her personal charm and sparkling personality makes friends of all who know her. OUR SUPERINTENDENT: MR. ZELLER In the past nine years that Mr. Zeller has served as school superintendent of our school system, he has gained much respect and recognition in our community. He has shown his abilities as a leader and has helped to maintain the high standards of our school. He is directly responsible for the entire management of the Butler School system, and is obligated in seeing that all state rules and policies are carried out to their purposed purpose. HIS SECRETARY: HELEN HOULTON A familiar face in Butler Elementary School is that of Helen Houlton. In the past twelve years as school secretary, Helen has become a very important part of our school system. At this time, she is secretary to Mr. Zeller. She keeps the school records and the financial records for both the school and the school board. Helen has proved herself efficient in all phases of office work.
