The junior concession stand offers anything from candy bars to pretzels. These next few pages are dedicated to us, the teen- agers of 1961. There are many ways we can recapture our youth, but one of the best is to recall our memories, those of our own private world at Butler High. We have fads and customs that in years to come will only be memories to us, and we hope that these next few pages will serve as a remembrance of our teenage life at Butler High. One of our memories of Butler High is our love for music. We will always remember the fun we had at noon dancing and all the record hops after the ball games. Discussing the latest fashions in sweaters for boys are David McClure, Dale Haynes, Terry Whitman, Jack Hof- fer, and Jerry McKean. 2 1406 We can never forget the pointed toes, boot shoes, and tennis shoes, matched skirts and sweaters, bulky knit sweaters, short skirts, button collars in ivy- league tradition, boys' sweaters of all size, shape, and color, the flattops and diicktails, ponytails and pageboys.
