Arlene Wroldsen left GillI'I1CII'1 Cynthia Whitaker Dove COlli1'1S Well, here it is, Once again our yearbook has come out-on time. But how many realize the effort that went into making this possible? Preparation for the yearbook began last spring, and since then, the Nugget staff has been trying to meet different deadlines. After the initial planning, choosing a theme, designing the cover and so forth, the actual work was begun. Under the able direction of Mr. Powell, the Nugget editorial staff wrote captions, wrote copy, arranged layouts, and trained underclass assistants. Since pictures make up rnost of the yearbook, the squad of photographers took pictures of all events around school. The Nugget Business staff, which is advised by Mr. Franzetti and whose manager is Pat Norman, handles the important jobs of selling the yearbook to the students, selling ads to patrons, controlling the Nugget's treasury and distributing the finished yearbook.
