FOREWVORD STOP Posted at railroad crossings from coast to coast across these United States are familiar white cross-arms hearing the explanation Stop! Look! Listen! This slogan has he- come as common in America as hread and hutter or ham and eggs. LOOK The members of the hflagnet staff suggest that you STOP and take a few minutes to LOOK over the past year at Butler High. Between the gold covers of this yearhoolt is assembled a wealth of photographs and copy which is designed to touch upon the highlights of classes, varsity and intramural sports, activities, plays, operettas, and everything that drew an interest in the student hody. included are shots of the new auto shop and auto hody courses, a new section of junior class pictures, and special portraits of the Senior Queen and her court. LISTEN Now take a few more minutes to LISTEN to the riecordfng of the sounds and events of the past school year. Hear again lines from the senior play Harvey , one of the most humorous stage productions of Butler High School. Sing those tuneful airs from The Forest Prince , the gay and colorful operetta, ending in the traditional . . . and they lived happily ever after . Imagine dancing once more to the music of Buddy Lee's orchestra exactly as it sounded the night of the senior hop. And hum once again with the Concert Choir the soul stirring harmonies of Beautiful Savior . On the grooves of this wax museum are the memories of classes, events, good times that will grow sweeter as we grow older. STOP! LOOK! LISTICN! to the records of the past year. That you may enjoy doing so is the wish of the Senior lllagnet Staff of 195-l.
