SENIOR YEAR 'Book 9 Ruth Zucker! We are astonished! Tell the audience what you are doing here- Miss Tusa is listening expectantly. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, and others, Ruth is now a professor for shall we call her professorette?j of English at Yale! She ufould be persuaded by the Boola Boola boys and their big, collegiate brother, Eli. Dr. Zucker likes racoon coats-if Phi Beta Kappa keys are dangling underneath their shaggy exteriors. Kenneth Castellanos, having at length achieved his life-time ambition, is a well-paid columnist on The Daily Squawkf' His columns are eagerly awaited by his public each day, and they are so vitally comical, that nobody even notices his sometimes glaring errors in English. Ah, yes, he has been successful, as such things go. He has learned the ways of the world, and the sorrows thereof. But he is not happy, and never shall he be happy until the day when the dawn of his hopes breaks with a roseate hue-when he shall once again return to his beloved Brooklyn, and be able- to order ecstatically-''frankfurter and roll. And step on it ! And Mildred Geller will bring it to him! QApplausej Mary Kraska is going to swim the Atlantic Ocean under water next week. We hope a submarine helps her out, she might forget to catch herlsecond wind, and before she can say Fire , she'll have lost her first. Then where'll she be? Her third wouldn't do her much good in a case like that, now would it? Laura Rasmussen has been made Secretary of the Treasury by President Qessj Klein. We always said that women would have the way of it some day. Hush, my pro- phetic soul! jeannette Roth watches over Laura to see that she does not abscond with any money. For all we know, they may be plotting to monopolize the gold supply of the whole world-they're ready to propose an amendment to that effect, we'll wager. Oh, oh! Please wait, do, Father Time. Time waits for no man, solemnly replies the stage manager. Oh, but I am a woman! But he is gone, the curtain has again fallen, and we must wait another hundred years for permission to again unveil the future. Amie Lezfilzsieirz.
