there will be a Campaign Parade, which is to be led by Rose Petersen and her famous horse Golden Beauty. She is followed in the parade by many beautiful floats representing both political parties. After watching the parade, we return to the hotel where we spend a very peaceful night. We are awakened by the ringing cf the telephone. The cheerful voice of the operator tells us Good Morning and that it is 7:30. She also tells us that breakfast is being served in the Rocket Room. After dressing for breakfast, we leave for the Rocket Room. On entering the room, we are once again greeted by Duane, who shows us to a fine table. While we are being seated, he tells us of his very fine trio which entertains during the meals. After we have ordered, we be- gin to discuss the speeches which were given yesterday. We are interrupted by the beautiful music of the Chordettes as they began singing Chante'. We recognize the members of the trio as Arlyce Johnson, Karen Lavrenz, and Mary Keith. They prove to have the same good voices which they had while in high school at Burt. We are also surprised and happy to find out that Arlyce, Karen and Mary have their own weekly T.V. program. After finishing our very delicious breakfast, we go to the Poll Gates to follow the Presid- ential votes througnout the day. We know that regardless what the outcome is, the U.S. will have a very efficient President since both candidates graduated from Burt Community School. iBaccalaureate Si ervice Sunday, Mav 12, 1957 Piano Prelude.........................................
