STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is a representative body making up grades 6-12. Their goal is to coordinate school activities. Several members attended the State Student Council Convention. They conducted the Fund Drive and paid for new outfits for the cheerleaders. ATHLETIC COUNCIL The Burris Athletic Council made up of the president of Student Coun- cil and a member of the senior class and six faculty, decides upon the questions of standards, honors,c1nd policies in the field of athletics.
