D. A. R. Award Jacqueline Brousseau of Mapleville was chosen by the faculty and seniors as best citizen of the Class of 1959 for the annual Daughters of the American Revolution Pilgrimage. She will receive a certificate and pin for this distinction. She, with 25 other D. A. R. winners from each high school in Rhode Island, was honored at a luncheon held March 24, at the Narragansett Hotel. The luncheon was preceeded by a tour of historical places in Providence and a meeting with Governor Christopher Del Sesto.
