Tossing the Bouquet Burrell caught the bouquet this year, The ih Bride's Bouquet, that is, as the play by Kurtz Gordon was performed on the 22nd and 23rd days of November. The drama centered around the will of Silas Battman. The will stipulated that Paul Battman had to be married by his 23rd birthday or his long-lost cousin would inherit the family fortune. The antagonist turned out to be Paul's friend, Roger Varley. Fortunately, Roger's tricks back-fired and the happy couple were united in marriage. Congratulations to the cast and the hardworking crews on an impressive per- formance! Top right. Bruce Hyland, as Horace Wiggins, is dragged off by Chris Kijowski, who played The Man. Middle left. Bob Baker and Penny Maier portray the loving couple Paul Battman and Laura Caldwell. Middle right.
