Achim displays his school spirit at a home football game against Springdale, surrounded by majorettes Natalie Marine, Leslie Rovnanik, Sarah Yost, and Amy Frederick. “ Achim Heimer, our AFS student from Bielefeld, Germany, has been quite a celebrity around Burrell High School this year. His easygoing personality and sense of humor have gained him many friends. Achim is staying with the Zuck family. He is hav- ing a great time here, and says the thing he enjoys most about America is the friendliness of the peo- ple. Achim has kept himself very busy this year with a wide variety of classes and activities. He is taking calculus, honors English, logic and sociology while at the same time participating in swimming, golf, and tennis. Achim says although he misses his parents and sister very much he wouldn't trade his year at .Burrell for anything. - pixar eee oe Activities 10S ‘5+ a in en eee

Michele Paolillo, as activities editor or affectionately known as Toby, worked to the wee hours of the morning to meet her deadline.
