Ee Newspaper 4 ; - School news, features, sports, cartoons, | and contributed articles—these are all a part | of the newspaper created by the ‘‘Hi-Lites” staff. The journalists work together with the editors to produce a paper that provides | 4 both serious reporting and reporting with a touch of humor. They provide a well orga- nized, well written newsletter to the student body every month free of charge. Among the articles they produce on a regular basis are: “Senior of the Month,” “Life in B. H. Homecoming 1983-84 Senior Attendant Homecoming Queen fF - Sophomore Attendants Freshman Attendant Junior Attendant This year’s homecoming could not have been held on a better day; the weather was beautiful. However, the main attraction was not the weather; it was the Homecoming Queen, Chari Hawk, and her court. Chari chose Mark Montgomery as her es- cort. Jennifer Gumbert was elected senior attendant, and she chose Kevin McClosky as her escort. Kim Mazur represented the junior class, along with Mark Honkus. The sophomore class, torn between candidates, had two attendants as a result of a tie. The two attendants were Shan Leslie, escorted by Shawn Deslauriers, and Kris Lasher, escorted by Randy Ruckus. Cassie Mattioli and Nick Como represented the freshman class. 202 STUDENT LIFE
