School Personnel Roy Brandon High School Custodian Clifford McCune Grade School Custodian Cheryl Barnes Secretary Cheryl Barnes Madeline McMains RUS DRIVERS John Morris, Clifford McCune, Ivan McMillan Cleo Morris, Virgil Warner, Lyle Jeffery (Curtis Jeffery, bus driver, is not in the picture.) These are the people behind the scenes who are vital in running a school. Cheryl Barnes who had been a faithful secretary to Burr Oak High School for about seven years left at the end of the first semester. Mrs. Madeline McMains replaced her. The bus drivers who furnish transportation for the students cover about 350 miles daily. The janitors keep things clean and shining. After basketball games and parties, keeping things clean is not an easy task.

COOKS CORNER Lucille Platt Jessie Knight Making Sandwiches Jessie Knight and Lucille Platt are two of the busiest ladies in school-they're al- ways cooking up something. On each holiday they al- ways stake a special effort to decorate the kitchen win- dow and cafeteria utility table to fit the occasion. The two cooks have been cooking at Burr Oak High School for seven years. Helen McMillan Grade School cooks scrape plates before washing dishes.

The 196b school year has b -en packed full activities for the seniors. Most of the seniors have been active in one or more organization or activity during the past four years. During the year the senior class had two parties. In the fall those who were interested in college went to different sites to take the American College Test. In order to raise money the class had concessions durinp one football and one basketball game. On April 17 the class presented the class play. Also members of the class who took English Four participated in several one act play, one of which went to the Pike Trail league one act play contest.
