We've had oodles of fun at old B H S for four short years We've played football and basket- ball, produced two good plays, studied our lessons, done lots of chatter and other th1DgB too numerous to mention At this moment we are complet ing the Hornet It Ima been much fun, although it has been a big task for Many have made contributions to it Lvery boy and g1rl of the sen1or class has done a part Some have typed, others have pasted, a few have drawn, some have assembled lnformation, while others have solicited advertis ing Our teachexs have patiently overseen our work Our custodzans have cleaned up our messes The underclassmen have watched the annual's develop ment with interest and curlosity Our parents have watched over us and kept us in school Our patrons have done their best to provlde us with good place in which to work Our bus drlvers have delivered us safely through snow, rain, sleet, sunshine, and shadow ev ry day Our business men have given the1x financial assistance To all these we are mndeed grateful On lay 21 we will leave our dear old school forfver We will carry with us many fond memnries s yeaxs pass by we will have our Hornet on hand to which we can 'urn lr our leisure moments and review the fond ex periencel of our youth We trust that it will so serve other boys and girls of our school and to all who have had an interest in us To you present the Hornet of 19481 tx S QU Q Z I ffif X I ul.
