L. B. BURNETT irrcword As one year fades away and the next begins, another class has graduated. But will high school days be for gotten and left behind? The l96l Tiger was printed in order that we may always be able to look back and recollect the happy care free, and yet busy hours we have spent in school, to see at a glance our classmates, friends, and teachers and to keep in our hearts the many fond memories of days gone by. We hope that each and every one greatly enjoys the book. May it always remind you of moments you wish to remember . Editor ........... Assistant Editor .... Business Manager. . . M Prinrgml is Message ln a school which functions for the welfare of all, there is a sense of responsibility, which causes that school to operate smoothly at all times because each student and each teacher does his best to be sure everyone is in the place where he should be, doing what he should do, at all times. Every student and faculty member should feel that the position he or she holds in the school is of utmost impor- tance, and he or she should understand that the moment that position is neglected, the lives of every student and every faculty member are disturbed. My congratulations to all students who attend our school on their fine cooperative attitude. l extend heartfelt gratitude to every member of the Faculty and Board of Education. I feel certain that people such as these whom l have grown to love, will consistently lead students in even greater loyalty and cooperative thinking about con- tinual improvement of educational opportunities in Burnett High School of future years.
