Principal Mr. Brown, principal of the High School, received his pub- S- -- lic school education in the school system of Iowa, being a grad- uate of a Congregational College from the classical course. Afterwards pursuing the graduate work in History and Edu- cation at the University of Chicago. His experience as an instructor began as a rural school teacher, and he finally entered the work as a High School prin- cipal. He has been connected with the Burlington High School for four years and expects to be with B. H. S. when it begins in September, 1916.
