CLASS WILL Nyla Jume Frey Friends, members of the faculty and student classmates. We come be- fore you today to read the last will and testimony taken from the dying hands of the Senior Class of l9L7-AB, of Burlington, State of Oklahoma, United States of America, We the members of the Senior Class of l9L8, in individual and distinct parts, now being in good health, sound body and a crammed mind, do here by the 18 day of May, in the year of our last will and testment, where by, void all former promises, spoken or written carelessly at any other tlme Ne glve and bequeath to our beloved Superin tendent Mr Neff, our sin cere affection our deepest reverence, our heartest gratitude, and the whole unllmited wreath of our iternal memory We give to our beloved faculty all the amazing knowledge and startling in formation that we have fur nished them from time to time on our various exam inat1on papers e re- alize that much of this lnformation has been en tirley new to them, but if thev see fit, they are hereby authorlzed to give out such lnformation to the world and future classes, as they are willing to re celve To the Junlor Class goes our Superority and fine managment of class affairs, the many head aches that go with belng a senior, and also our pride and joy the slks Cazette, hoplng they have to spend as much time and effort on it as we have To the Sophomore Class we wlll our way to get a long with the teachers al so to the boys we glve our never falling ab1lity to woo and hope you will have better luck w1th the fair sex in the future To the Freshmen give our ability to make A's w1thout help from out side sources, ani we hope Cespecially you girlsj will not have as much trouble in the future years to make A's as you have had in the past, The following may seem but trifling bequeathg but we hope they may be acc- epted, not as worthless things thoughtlessly thrown away because we can no longer keep them, but as valuable assets to those who receive them, and a continual reminder of the genoristy of heart d s- played in our free and full bestowal Lois Cloud wllls her abllity in typing to Farley Crowl N hope Harley, that you will take good ad vantage of this Lois also wills her long fingernails to Coleen Warehime and to Martha Furgason goes her ability to take farewell from her boyfriend with a smile To Carolyn Ackerman goes Wanda Herren's ability in basketball and hopes she is as successful as Wanda has been Also goes her ability to get dates t Rita Thieme I'm sure Rita if you try hard enough I th1nk you can be as success ful as Nanda has been Charles Kiefer gets Charles Mc Williams abi lity to get along with the teachers I'm sure Charles it will come 1U handy 1 the future years Also goes Charlie's height t Uarold Frieden an his black ha1r to Harold Jenzel Red Johnson wills his ability to flirt with every girl h see's to Dick Kraft he also w1lls his place in basketball and sports abllity to Sam Otis and his monkey faces and foolishness to Lennis Lug Vary VlHCk5 wills her ability to take care of Pod to allen Daughhettee We hope allen does as good a job as Wary has bary also wills her base viol to Billie Allen To Jane Case goes Car olee Rob1nett's amaz1ng vocabulary and her ab1lity to make good grades Caro lee wills to Edythe Burket her he1ght and small feet Rose Ann Frieden w'lls to Peggy Riggenbach her long black hair and dimples To Imogene Mc.Williams goes her gift of gab, Nyla June Frey wills her ability to keep late hours to Donna Stuckey and hopes that Jack Prather will help her make good use of them.
