This scene grows dim and gives place to a l'UUlll of imaculate whiteness. Silent, white clad figures move ouiekly about. One of tl1e most celehrated heroes of the day, wl1o has just returned from a non-stop ilight around the world, lies i11 a serious condition under tl1e knife of Iir. Bernard Bernstein.
