Cakes, cookies, icing, breads, pastry, and a lot of other goodies are made here. We teach the students the fundamentals of baking cakes, cookies and other pastries. By the time they graduate they will be able to bake and decorate wedding, anniversary, and birthday cakes. Our students take pride in their work and it shows in the end result. lust look at our good looking and great tasting cakes and pastries. l I know it's in here somewhere.
