FAY TAFT holds the admiration of students and faculty members because of her ability to maintain an A Honor Roll for the past two years. She is a very quiet girl, but one who has a good sense of humor. She exemplifies her strength of character by participating in many school functions, both as part of a group and as an individual. Being a diligent and dependable worker makes her in constant de- mand for her contributions. FAY is an active mem- ber of the Annual Staff and of the Literary Guild. She also displays school spirit by having been in the Pep Squad for the past two years. She is well- liked by the members of these organizations and her classmates alike by never being critical of others. FAY is well-deserving of being selected for Who's Who. ZUZO 75 0 By participating in football, basketball, and track, ALAN MCGEE exhibits his enthusiastic de- sire for athletics. He was a captain of our foot- ball team which won the District Championship this year. His unusual writing talent caused him to be chosen as a member of the Literary Guild. This creativeness is evident in his activities col- umn of our school paper THE ELKS CALL. ALAN is an exceptional student and has a pleasing per- sonality to complementhis scholastic achieve- ments. Last year he was one of the two people who made the A+ Honor Roll throughout the 1964-65 school year of Burleson Junior High. He will strive with the best of his ability to obtain this outstanding honor again this year illustrating his constant desire to attain high goals.
