If you don't make the grade when you're a freshrnan, a sophomore or a junior, you feel there's time ahead in which to make it up. When you're a senior, it's different. You get it, and you get it now or else there's no cap and gown for you, brother. That's a thought too awful to contem- plate, and you know Mom and Dad would look on the idea with even less favor. You're think- ing about some Sort of college course, and you ask, Why didn't Somebody knock some sense in- to nie when I was a freshman? But you don't wait for the an- swer because you know that you didn't listen to anybody then. Now you buckle down and slave away at bookkeeping, and you really try to learn to type. Perhaps knowing how to type will earn the money for college. Shop has a lot to offer too. Especially now that there are so many new tools in the big new shop.
