4 ‘e : ¥ ; ' SPONSOR: CO-EDITORS MRS, ZELL SCHMIDT WANDA GORHAM JOAN SKOWRONSKI Foreword Probably nowhere is the changing cycle of days and seasons felt more than in a high school, Each cycle brings new faces, new personalities, new experiences, new challenges, and new accomplishments, But when one is caught up in this busy cycle, the passing of time goes unnoticed, Exciting yells for the football team fade and blend into the solemn strains of ‘Pomp and Circumstance” before we realize it. To record and to preserve these days is the purpose of this Derrick, We have tried to arrange these days in th e sequence in which they occurred that they may live again for you upon these pages. , L whim? 7, eth sfobrriL”

Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.”
