Student Cauncit The Student Council is composed of twelve members including the Presidents of the four high school classes, and one boy and girl from each of those classes. Our purpose is to help make our school one of which we can be more proud. We help with problems of discipline and with any difficulties which might arise. We encourage activities which are to the best interest of the school. We sponsor social gatherings that can be enjoyed by the Faculty as well as the students. We sponsor chapel programs and the tree and gift exchanging at Christmas time. It is our desire to speak for the students and we are their representatives as members of the Student Council. The officers are: President, Bill Waggener; Vice-President, Sue Evelyn Hager; Secretary, Vanda Burns; Treasurer, Tom Hager; Reporters, Glenda Burns and Donald Bruce Brown. 48
