LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the graduating class of 1958, having spent twelve long years of our young lives educating ourselves, do not wish to depart and take leave forever without first bequeathing a few of our most cherished possessions to the members of the Senior Class of 1959. Article I Section A: To Mr. Thompson we leave our love and admiration. Section B: To the faculty we leave our appreci- ation for their patience and long suffering in these last four years. Article II Section A: To the Juniors we leave our worn out books, carved desks, and the ability to have a good time at a reasonable sum. Section B: To the Sophomores, we leave our poise and good looks. Section C: To the Freshmen, we leave our ability to keep the school going right. Section D: To the rest, we leave the remains of ole B.H.S. Article III To the building we leave our apologies for all the damage we have done. Article IV Morris Shad Herring leaves his football uni- form to Tracy James, but requests that he take good care of it. Best of luck, Tracy, in football next year. Katharine Woodcock wills her ability to hook a man to Carol Hewett and hopes she will put it to use soon. Bob J o h n s o n leaves his book on How To Skip School In Ten Easy Lessons to Ross Tray wick with the hope that Ross will have better luck than he did. Joyce Brinkley leaves her deep thoughts to Scarlett Johnson. Eddie FedoronKo leaves his cool car take offs to Carol Gene Wood and Jerry Rivenbark. They have a mean one of their own now. To Barbara Burton and Ethel Jane Lanier, Mamie Chadwick, Bedie McKoy, and Mildred Crews will their devoted friendship. To Carolyn Durner, Jane Chadwick bestows her quiet ways and unspoken words. To Detrea Henderson and Milton Wells, Jimmy Powers wills his ability to get a diploma with the least effort. Don Barber bequeaths his ability to love one person to Mickey Wells. Ronald Slick Wooten wills his ability to bother good looking girls and scientific ability of doing Trig to Harvel Horrell. Jo Ann Riggs surrenders at least four inches of her height to Jeanette Saunders. John Leimone leaves his class leadership to Horace Murray, who seems to be doing pretty well on his own. Mar y Ann K r a y n i c k leaves her praise and headaches concerning the Beacon to Annette Blackmore. Tommy Karwoski leaves his brotherly love to Teddy Karwoski. Tommy Horsky bestows his vast knowledge of handling women to Gregg Futch. Go cat Go! Pete Farrior leaves his fascinating personality to Sonny Langston. To Edith Ann Mallard, Andrew Katalinic leaves his ability to have an answer to everything. Philip Moore wills his desire to sleep in History IV class to Benny Wells. Betty Richardson wills her ability to do the wrong things at the right times to Betty Jean Price. Mary Hazel Moore bequeaths her ability to get along with others to Frances Allred. Don (M a r r i e d) Augustine wills his good looks and charming ways to Gurney Hood in hopes that he will have the success he has had. Whrens Williams bestows one half of his handsome features to be divided between Kenneth Mozingo and Jennings Humphrey. To Holly Paul and Sandra Crews, Floyd Rivenbark and Eugene Wells leave their private seats in the library during homeroom period. Barden Lanier leaves his ability to drive a school bus during his senior year, without an accident, to Hattie Mae Hall. To Linda Poluck, Ellen Lanier bestows her pint- size height and giant brains. Julia Rivenbark bestows upon Lois Rivenbark her quietness and big brown eyes. To Bobby Bell, Mike Boryk leaves his ability to stay up late Sunday nights and keep awake on Monday mornings. Sharon Harrell bequeaths to Nathaniel Wells her love for English and all her book reports so he won't have to spend his senior year reading. Vernon Murray leaves his shyness to Ray Chadwick so he may benefit the rising senior class by being less noisy. Gene Ballard leaves his privilege of going up town for Mrs. Payne to Sidney Balcombe. To Joyce Murray and Barbara Tokely, Anne Batson and Patsy Croom leave their ability to capture hearts of tall men. Johnny Smith wills his love for arguing to Jack Brinson. David Marshburn and Lindwood Hewett will to Milton Wells their way of understanding women. Judy Wooten bequeaths to Louise Wallace her sputnick jet black hair. Carolyn Cooper leaves her fourth year of basket- ball to Betty Pridgen in the hope that she can use it next year. Betty Lou Powers bequeaths her cute ways to Elizabeth Bloodworth and Carolyn Ramsey who really have some outstanding ones of their own. Judy Ruddell wills her Beta Club leadership to Betty Lou Raynor. I, Sheila Lanier will my ability to get a MRS degree before a diploma to Gayle Newkirk.
