Green. and Legislate For the first time in Burbank High's history, a micro- phone was used at legislative council meetings to more closely unify the members. This new, effective process was introduced in the summer council led by Monica Folts, vice- president and Judy Graves, secretary. lt was by means ot this council that a senior section was roped oft in the gym tor rallies and assemblies. A school calendar and the constitution were also matters discussed by the council.
