The team, though young in age, more than made up for it by determi- nation and will. Many times the starting lineup was composed of three or more fresh- men. There were many injuries to the squad, causing the loss of outstanding players. In spite of all the setbacks, the team fought their hardest and ended the year with 8 wins and 6 losses.
