Looking backward and evaluating what has happened is an important part of looking forward and planning for the future. Harold H. Eibling Business “Business is a field in which certain qualities and faculties which are fundamental to the harmonious running of the world can be cultivated. Brotherliness and cooperation, honesty and accuracy, service and sacrifice should be substituted for competition and rivalry, falsehood and fraud, ambition and greed . . . Business is a means to an end, not an end in itself.” Jacob M.
